Beating a speeding ticket?
I was going over the bridge from Quebec (Gatineau) to Ontario (Ottawa). I was going 103 in a 60 kph zone. The officer was in a ghost car parked over on the side. He reduced it to 15 kph over, he never showed me the radar or laser he used to clock me.
I am 20, I will call my insurance tomorrow to see if my rate will go up. If it does not increase, I will probably simply pay that 0 demerit 52$ ticket.
But if it does go up, since he reduced the speed and did not show me that instrument he used to clock me, do I have good odds to win in court? What should I do?
