car insurance scotland

car insurance scotland
should police chase car theifs at high speeds especially through populated areas?

in scotland they look on it as some kind of ego trip and i am sick of innocent people getting knocked down as a result,
who cares about a dammed car thats why we pay our insurance,,
good old fashioned policing would find most culprits the car theif mob are not exactly the worlds most intelligent are they??

Pursuit driving is a double edged sword on one hand their are public safety issues. But on the other hand you have the issue that if you allow people who are committing crimes to drive off it will not be long before no one is stopping for the police. As far as using police helicopters they are wonderful tools if your department is big enough to afford one. The bottom line is if you pursue you are putting the public at risk BUT if you don’t pursue and allow criminals to drive off haven’t you just put the public at risk also? Some food for thought it is not the officer that initiates the pursuit. The officer initiates a traffic stop the criminal by choosing to run initiates the pursuit.

Car Rental Places

A Car rental place let you rent a car for short or long term usage by paying a fee. Car rental places are often located near to air ports, neighborhoods and city streets. Most of the car rental places allow you to book a car through online reservation. A car rental place generally serves people who already own a car but is out of reach temporarily due to mechanical failures, theft, or to people who is planning a vacation but don’t want to use their own car. Most of the car rental places want you to carry a valid credit card to rent a car. Other necessary documents include a valid driving license, a clean driving history and 25 years of age in most of the cases. Car rental places operate with a fleet of brand new cars but there are companies who rent used cars.

When you plan to rent a car from a car rental place, you can rent a car for few hours or even for weeks. Typically rent/day can start from 25$ to 500$ depending on the car you are planning to rent. Most of the car rental places offer you 24 hour roadside assistance and other necessary customer services. Extra accessories like GPS (Global Positioning System), Child safety seats and other extra fitments are available upon request with an extra rent for them. Car rental places also offer you different insurance schemes which cover the damage of the car in case of an accident, personal coverage and third party coverage.

There are some agencies which allow you to rent used cars. These places are generally cheap and you may get a car for rent as low as 8$/day. Most of the car rental places offering used car rentals aim their neighborhood customers who want to rent a car for long term usage or lease them. These agencies also offer technologies like GPS and other necessary insurance policies depending on the model you plan to rent.

Many, but not all car rental places offer one way car rentals. If you choose this plan, you can rent your car from somewhere and drop it in some other location. A car agency driver will come and pick your car. But this plan is pricier than the normal rental plans. Most of the places offer you some discount when you plan to rent a car for long term. There are other promotional offers and discount coupons available varying on seasons and make sure you are not missing the best deal.

There are different online websites which offer services from multiple car rental places and you can check for the best deals in these agencies. It is good to read comparison reviews between different agencies to know the advantages and disadvantages of each. Some of the well known names in car rental industry are Enterprise car rentals, Hertz car rentals, Advantage rental cars and car rental place. Websites like compare car rentals and travel express allow you to choose the best deal through their reviews.

car insurance hire cars

car insurance hire cars
In the rental car insurance offered – or check for $ 100. What we accept?

The other car rearend me. Your insurance was offered a rental car while mine is recommended – or a check for $ 100. They say that the check would be the same as five days. But what if the car is longer? I can borrow a car, but it would be better to accept the rental car? Do not want to end up paying nothing for rental car – insurance really cover the cost of it? They say … but … if it takes longer five days to repair my car? Could be better $ 100? I am very new to this, never been in a shipwreck. I feel insurers are hiding something, and I can fall into the trap easily. Any help appreciated!

Read your insurance policy and see if there is no time limit on a rental car while yours is in the workshop. If there is no limit to hire ever it takes until your vehicle is ready for collection.

cheap car insurance tips

cheap car insurance tips
I’m17 and have not got my license yet but when i do how can i get cheap car insurance?

I have heard that if i buy a classic car, my insurance will be cheaper, is this true? And do you have any tips for getting it as low as possible. P.S I HAVE ASKED THIS ON THE INTERNATIONAL AND U.K SITES SO SORRY IF YOU’VE ALREADY SEEN THIS….

To begin with, you can’t even get auto insurance until you are licensed, and what will be cheapest for you when you are is to be added to a parents policy as a secondary, or even primary driver if you have a car for your use.

As to the classic car insurance, yes, it’s fairly cheap as a secondary policy on your primary insurance to insure the car you will only be driving to take to car shows and the like. Nice thought, but it won’t work to insure the one you are constantly driving.

Unfortunately, at 17 and newly licensed, there will be no “cheap” insurance.

car insurance france

car insurance france
What will the rioters in France burn when no cars are left in the country?

Some 730 cars were burned nationwide Sunday night, and remember all the cars that were burned during the last riots they had. What is the car insurance like over there now? All these people in the poor areas will ahve to pay even more for it so even less will be able to afford having a car which means less job opportunities for them. Will people ever learn that riots just make things even worse for them?

The thousands of Nazi flags left over from their surrender to the Germans during WWII.
