Fractured Left Femur – Car Accident?

I fractured my left femur, tibia, ankle, and some bones in my foot in a motor vehicle accident. My party was not liable. We were stopped in traffic and rear-ended by a drunk driver at a very high speed. The man who hit us died and apparently he only had some kind of California state required “liability insurance” and had left no money behind. Anyway, how much do you think I should be able to get from this “liability insurance” company for my pain and suffering? I now suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, chronic pain and clinical depression. This car accident kind of fucked up my life. Not to mention hospital bills up the ass.. – THANKS any info on how much money I should be able to get would be greatly appreciated.
