Control Your Debt and Regain Control of Your Life – Write Off Your Unfair Credit Agreements!

Control Your Debt and Regain Control of Your Life – Write Off Your Unfair Credit Agreements!

If you’ve amassed a lot of debt, you’re probably feeling a little lost in the world right now.  You may be wondering how and when your life started to spin out of control.  The fact is the loss of control you feel right now is a direct result of the accumulated debt and poor financial decision making you’ve been perpetuating by avoiding responsibility when it comes to your money.  In order to regain a sense of balance and control of your life you need to take charge of your finances and debt right now. The first step in doing this is to set up a chart or graph that shows you directly where your money has been going.  Get all of your bills, loans, credit card receipts together and add it all up and list exactly what you spend your money on and how much of it you spend towards those particular purchases.  Once you’ve done that you will have a picture of your spending habits right in front of you telling you what you might be doing wrong. From this chart or statistical graph, calculate how much money you could and should save by eliminating wasteful spending and spur of the moment purchases.

Ask yourself ‘Did I really need to buy that?’ and that will tell you what to cut out of the budget you’re about to create. Creating that budget is the next step.  Devote more money to high interest loans and credit card debts.  Allocate more of your income to these bills and less of your money to needless and wasteful purchases.  Give yourself a cash allowance for everyday needs and stick to it.  And that cash allowance should be relatively low.

Next, see what material items you might be able to sell.  Take that money and immediately put it towards paying off your debt.  Try to “downgrade” the larger purchase items, such as your car, buy trading or selling it and getting a different vehicle that is far less expensive.  Money saved is money earned.

Finally, be patient.  This is a process that isn’t going to solve your money problems in one night.  It will take many months of disciplined spending and budgeting, along with wise financial decision making when it comes to your spending.  Give yourself monthly, semi-annual, and yearly targets or goals. Chart how well you are doing when it comes to achieving these goals.  By holding yourself accountable, you’ll soon feel a lot better about yourself and your financial standing and that’s when you will start to take back control of your life!

Owing money to someone leads to a feeling of helplessness.  A person can easily feel powerless and extremely vulnerable when they know that someone is holding an IOU marker over their heads.  Regain a sense of empowerment.  Make it important to yourself to not owe anyone anything, or at least as little as possible.  If you want to be in control of yourself, take back control of your finances now!

If you have credit agreements taken out before April 2007 there is a new unenforceable credit agreement claim which is becoming more and more known about here in the UK.  It is possible to have your credit finance agreements –agreements such as credit cards, store cards, secured and unsecured loans, car finance agreements, and those with payment protection insurance ( PPI) ‘audited’. They may not comply with the terms of the 1974 Consumer Credit Act and if they do not they are unenforceable credit agreements. This means you can claim to have them written off.  That is the balance completely cleared.

Are 80s caprices Reliable?

Im 18, and my first car was an old escalade thats been through the family. Yesterday I went to the mall, and it got stolen. And now my insurance is giving me money back according to what they think it is worth, which is really low, comparing too the aftermarket mods and acceseries I put on it. I like driving big cars, and my self personally i love the old box chevy caprice classics. My friend is selling a box chevy, it has a v8 rebuilt engine, a custom metal flake orange paint job, and 22″ rims. I driven it, and i believe it is very reliable (it is an 87 i believe). Im fixing to start college the fall, and i was wondering would a caprice be a good daily driver. I probably could get a newer impala or tahoe, but i really am inlove with box chevys. What are normal problems and defects 80s caprices normally experience?

KIDD,
Before you sign or even think of taking that check and the insurance company did not adjust your compensation for your add -ons , did you tell them what you had done? they will pay for an adjusted amount and have receipts will help with that. Also any service work done with in the last six months? List that out too and even if you don’t have receipts ASE mechanic can sign off on that or the shop that did the work can sign off and that is proof enough to get compensation and if you feel you didn’t enough call at least 4 dealers tell them what you had and what was on it and ask them what they would sale it for and get their name and number. If it is more than what you are getting they will have to adjust for that to. UUnfortunately insurance companies are not looking out for your best interest just you money and you have to fight for every dime in a claim, ddon’tget ripped off
80 caprice you just have to expect normal wear and tear just like the Escalade. Keep it serviced regularly and you should do ok

car insurance names

car insurance names
my mother’s car is in both our names, i’m making payments, she has insurance in her name. am i liable?

i bought and am making payments on a car for my mother. both our names are on the title. she has car insurance in her name. am i liable if she has a wreak. can whoever she hits sue me? we live in south texas, we travel in this car some to oklahoma.

first of all, if your name is on the title, BOTH of u should be on the insurance as named insureds. if you’re not driving the car, u dont have to be listed as a driver, but since you are part owner of the car, you DO have an insurable interest in the car. in other words, if the car is totalled, right now the check will only go to your mom & the bank, not you.
second, even though your mom would be the driver, if the claim exceeds the limit of liability she carries, yes, you can be sued f/ the remainder as it is your car too. maybe it’s not fair but YOU are responsible f/ anything you own and/or co-own, no matter what the situation is.
therefore, you need to be put on the insurance and then u can make decisions about what limits of liability are on the car. keeping in mind that you not only need to protect your mother’s assets but yours as well, b/c an attorny will go after anything and everything that he legally can.

car insurance customer satisfaction

Cheap Car Insurance – The Best Way To Go

There are various methods of obtaining car insurance. Cheap car insurance can be obtained if you are a little cautious as to how to go about, instead of merely calling up toll free numbers. Now, the first and foremost method to go about is by doing thorough research regarding the best car insurance provider at an affordable rate. First and foremost, decide that the car insurance provider is financially stable. For example, in case you experience a collision, it is immensely satisfying to note that your provider has the funds necessary to pay for the claims. If the case is otherwise, you will be financially responsible.

What are your Coverage Options?

The claim is a complex one and this takes into account the complexity of the claim, billing statement, accessibility of customer service personnel and overall customer satisfaction that it guarantees. You should also do some thorough research about the company before signing their papers. You may even seek for feedback from other customers about whether the organization provides cheap car insurance with all the umbrella costs covered. The price of the coverage is important and this means that you need to evaluate and compare rates.

Narrowing down your search to companies that meet your desired criteria is good as that way you can determine whether the costs and expenditures are justified. Prices of car insurance can vary between 15% and 20% for different providers and with a little bit of research, there is lots of money you could save on.

On of the main reasons why people are willing to find the cheapest deals in terms of car accidents is that they do not want to bear the brunt of any kinds of car accidents, should there be any. Cheap car insurance may be difficult to find, given the expensive policies all around. Although you need the rates to be affordable, it is also important to get reputable coverage.

There are multiple benefits of having your car insured by a reliable provider. These names do not need you to file the claims personally, or even change your policy. The provider will be there if a claim requires processing or payment. Good names have good customer support which takes care of your smallest requests. Best auto insurance providers do not provide customers with deals that are too cheap to be true. Once you purchase a policy from them, you may rest assured that other than being easy to afford, the provider is financially potential to provide for your claims whenever required.

Go for a provider that has sound values which lead to the happiness of the customer. After all, you should remember that customers hold their providers in high regard since they guarantee that the investors are given the product that they pay for – which is compensation in case there is a loss. Additionally, the complaint ratio is also low. You can check with these aspects online through different rating agencies that help out consumers depending on the insurers financial status. The grades they assign indicate their ability to pay out claims they are obligated to.

About the Author

A good credit rating automatically gives cheap car insurance. The insurance company has a lower risk in doing business with you when your credit rating is high and so will quote lower rates for you.
