car insurance points california

"I can hide a note from my parents?
I have 19 and just received a ticket for a moving violation (I ran a stop sign) Northern California (City of Cupertino.) The car and insurance are under the name of my father. Obviously, I would get a point if they only had to pay the fine, but if I paid the fine and went to traffic school, my parents would never know? When receiving a call or notice by mail (as a quick word on the bill of the following insurance). I know that the best thing to do would be to say, but I prefer just against myself and avoid the conference. He said he would not miss the point, if I went to school traffic. Would it still appear on the insurance bill? Thus, in addition to the tickets by mail, if I paid the bill and go to traffic school nothing appear on the insurance bill? I chose the best answer, but only because he was right. But anyway I told my parents before and was not as bad as I thought, Thanks for your help guys!
Just tell them matter. Do not be a coward. If car insurance is the name of his father, he is sure you can find anyway. If you do not tell me and I was your father, you get more than one course, you will walk.
