Assuming that you are not an UAE national, I don’t know how you want to take this tour.

The hardest thing first would be to apply for a visa to enter KSA (where – thought the borders are closed?)

Then you have to get a visa for Qatar. I don’t know what nationality you are, so I don’t know if it’s possible for you to obtain a visa up 0n-arrival. For my knowlege these visas only are made at airports. (but I am not sure about that) Also a retun flight ticket is requiered.

Hope you don’t plan to take your girlfriend with you, cause then you can forget about going to KSA anyway. In case you are married and got there with your wife, take your marriage certificate with you.

I don’t know what car insurance you talk about. Hope you have one. Don’t think it’s allowed to take a rent a car to a foreign country anyway.

From what I heard, the roads are okay.

Some one deliberately scratched my car all over. I would like to know if such a damage is insurance covered?

I was shocked to see that some person scratched my car all over while it was parked in building parking in Dubai. I would like to know if comprehensive insurance coverage entitles me for getting a claim for repainting the car. Are these non-accidental damages covered by insurance companies especially in UAE?
