Closely synchronized audio output iPod video video – Why?

Improved ID3 tag editing and disc ripping software?
Hello, I want to know what is the best software for ripping CDs into computer files (MP3 files). I was using Windows Media Player, but added that this is my music funky encryption, that is not friendly with my mp3 player. I can use iTunes to be in the set time, but I know that there is something better. I would also like to know the best software editing ID3 tags. Note that my music equipment is stored on does not have access to the Internet. Ability to give the album cover would be good. Tell me why you think it's too good! PS I have a model Sansa e200 (6GB) about Rockbox firmware on it. Rockbox is not useful in the need for good ID3 tag.

I'm looking at a case foreign to my iPod (it is either a 80 or 160) and went through the old question of adjectives, and the answer is always different. Who protects the best?
