What is the cheapest way to rent a car in Mexico ?

I’ll be flying in to a popular beach location. Some of the insurance quotes are more than the cost of the rental itself.

Hello:

Check out http://www.grab2travel.com
Go to Cars section.

Also try to do SmartSearch, which will give you recommendation and click on individual buttons to perform search to compare rates. I like that place… You dont have to go to individual sites and type the same information again and again.. here once you enter you are done to compare….

No matter what exactly are we planning to buy, all of us have a tendency to discover the cheapest possible solution for our requirements. So, the very same applies to purchase Automobile Insurance.

Can I get car insurance for 1 month to drive a rental car in New Mexico?

Really? That would not be ideal….with most carriers you would have to put up a down payment and…::shrug:: is it worth it for just a month?

Most insurance companies offer coverage for the vehicles they rent…..but read the fine print…..they may not cover everything.

car insurance rental coverage

car insurance rental coverage
Rental car and insurance?

I have a car with full coverage. When I read the document explaining my insurace I see no mention of rental car coverage. I hear folks say all the time that they use their insurance for their car on there rental.

Is it rental coverage is so obvious that they dont need to mention it? Or is my insurance lacking rental car coverage?

If you have rental coverage it will be listed on your declarations page and you will most likely be paying a premium for the coverage. If it is not listed, add it…it is well worth the cost!

auto insurance accident benefits

auto insurance accident benefits
Auto Accident.. I think I’m at fault but just wanted to verify.?

I was driving on I-5 and all of a sudden a car way in front of me changes out of the exit lane and gets into my lane, causing all the cars in front of me to slam on their brakes. I tried to slam on them as well but soon realized it was getting me no where and decided to swerve into the lane next to me and hope no one was there.

Someone was there and from where I was hit, rear quarter panel, I’m guessing he was on my rear bumper or a little behind me at the time I switched lanes and didn’t notice all the people in my lane slamming on their brakes. I didn’t have time to turn on my signal and we crashed. In a perfect world that benefits me, the person who changed lanes initially is to blame but he drove off free and easy. So, is this 100% without a doubt my fault or can I somehow manage to make a case out of this somehow?

Any input would be helpful. I have too many bills and the last thing I need is a major insurance hike. Thanks!

Legally, you have an obligation to be able to stop if the person in front of you slams on his/her brake. Although that guy up ahead was a jerk – clearly you didn’t meet your obligation or his bad driving would not have caused you to have to change lanes.

Sorry kiddo – this is your fault – you were following too close, and as a result of that mistake, made an unsafe lane change resulting in an accident. That was probably a good decision, had you slammed into the car in front of you, there would have been a good chance of injuries, which it sounds like you avoided here.
