What is a Destruction title/ Bill of sale?

Ok so im looking to buy this car online from this website called ride safely.com and they told me that the specif car im interested in cannot be registered in the us because their is no title. So it says that If I export the car from Florida to my country it will be sold with a vehicle destruction certificate from Florida. But if I keep it in the U.S I will receive a bill of sale from the insurance company. I don’t know what to do. The Certificate of Destruction means that the vehicle is authorized for parting out and/or destroying. It removes the VIN# from existence. When the VIN# is removed form existence, it can’t be registered. It’s a warning to prospective buyers that there was significant damage to the vehicle that made it too expensive to repair. You can title and register those types of cars, but you have to know there may be major safety defects. The roof may not protect you in a roll-over accident. The front end alignment may never be correctable – excessive tire wear. Frame may be bent or twisted beyond specs, etc.

I would talk to the Florida DMV and ask them directly. You may be able to get the Certificate of Destruction revalidated and get a “Salvage Title” issued since the car wasn’t destroyed or parted out.

I just bought a car last week (new). I’ve been getting online quotes from various insurance companies. Some local ones are way out of my budget (some ranging around $2000 for a 6 month policy).
