What’s the best car insurance?

I’m about to get a car, it will be my first car, and I know the insurance will be more expensive because I just turned 19, but how much should I expect to pay and what is the best insurance I should get? I live in Southern California (Redondo Beach) and I have a 2006 red toyota yaris. Thanks.

I would go with either Geico or Progressive. They tend to be the cheapest companies for teen drivers. It’s hard to give you a ballpark number without knowing a bit more information, and every person is different. One insurance company might be cheaper for you and more expensive for someone else.

There are alot of different factors that insurance companies look at to determine your rate. Here are some questions to think about that the insurance companies will ask you. How is your driving record? Are you going to be on your parent’s policy? Are you male or female? Does your car have safety features? Are you a good student?

The single best thing you can do to get the cheapest auto insurance possible is to do your research. It might take a little bit of effort but the more you shop around, the more likely you are to find a good rate. I found the website below really helpful because it allows you to compare rate quotes for all of the insurance companies in your area for free.

Good Luck!

I just moved from Massachusetts to California. Will my car accident history / transferred?

I heard that insurance companies are generally independent insurance companies of Massachusetts in California. Consequently, insurance California businesses will not have access to my files in the mass, which means that my old complaint / history will not affect my insurance policy again in California. Someone tell me if this true. Thanks Can

Response Short: Yes Long answer: General Index stands for foreign exchange loss of subscription, which is operated by ChoicePoint Inc., in Atlanta. It maintains a database of complaints that the insurance companies to decide who get auto insurance and homeowners and how much they pay. When it comes to self-reports, statements on your vehicle or your address will appear on your CLUE report even if you have nothing to do with you. ChoicePoint says it encourages insurance companies to verify information. If you plan to buy insurance online, consider ordering your CLUE progress report as not surprise me and have an opportunity to correct errors. As I discovered, simply ask for a report to his entire family. You can order online (or www.choicepoint.com www.consumerdisclosure.com) If you were denied insurance or by calling 1-866-527-2600. You can review your credit report if you do too quickly and that many insurance companies also rely on it to set their prices. These questions can also be answered by a qualified insurance agent. I suggest you go to a free service such as: http://www.insureme.com/landing.aspx?Refby=614498&Type=auto. This web site provides information on insurance and information policy at national level. It also gives you can communicate with local officials to obtain one of the answers to your questions. This service is 100% free and not have to buy something. It is simply a means to obtain insurance information and be able to compare instantly the rates in your area to find the best price / coverage.

Cheap California Car Insurance – What You Need to Know

Nearly every state has a minimal amount of insurance that you must have in order to get your car licensed in that state and California is no exception to this rule. In order to license your car, there are minimal amounts of coverage that the law provides for and these laws must be adhered to if you want to own and operate a car in the state of California.

Given the fact that California also has some of the highest premiums in the United States for auto insurance coverage, where can you find cheap California car insurance?

You are required by law to have at the minimum, liability insurance which will cover the cost of another’s property or automobile. In the event that you are at fault in an accident, your insurance may in some cases also cover the cost of medical bills for passengers that you are carrying in your own vehicle.

The liability insurance will also cover the cost of any medical expenses that may be incurred to passengers of the other automobile, or pedestrian or property damages.

Minimal coverage in California is 15,000 dollars of coverage for injuries to each individual. You also need 30,000 dollars worth of coverage for injuries to all persons in the second vehicle and 5000 to cover damages to their car or property.

While this is not a great deal in actuality it will help to defray the costs. This coverage will most likely not be enough to cover the cost of the accident and in some cases you may want to purchase more coverage.

Medical bills and car repairs, when you are responsible for them, can be quite exorbitant. Yet in many cases, the amount of insurance coverage that you get seems nearly as costly as if you had paid the bill yourself.

Even the minimal coverage can in fact be quite costly to gain, so it is in our best interests to seek out cheap California car insurance. We should do so in order to get the best rates that we can, as well as to comply with the state laws, since you can’t legally drive or license your automobile without it.

Automobile insurance rates can vary widely from one company to another, with some pricing even dramatically lower than other companies for the same amount of coverage. It is always in your best interest to shop around, and to compare quotes from more than one insurance company to make absolutely certain that you are getting the best deal you can.

Insurance brokers are one of the best ways to gather quotes from various companies. Using them to be certain that you have the right coverage for you makes good sense. Additionally they very often make suggestions for things that you can do to cut your costs, such as a driver’s education program in the case of someone with one or more moving violations.

Cheap California car insurance isn’t always easy to come by, but with a little exploration you can find it.

car insurance sacramento

I want to know if I should go or stay…………….?????????

I was accepted into CSU Sacramento (university) and was trying to figure out if I should go there or stay and go to a community college nearby. The problem is that I wont have a car for the first couple of months and I’m going to have to pay rent which will cut my earnings in a part time job in half. I also would have to pay for my cell phone, insurance later on for my car, and gas. Food and all that is included with the rent. Meanwhile, if I am staying at home I wont have to pay for rent, and everything else would be the same like me paying for gas and what not. I am struggling to figure out what I should do? Can anyone help plz???
I would transfer after I finish my 2 year degree to go to a university.

I do agree that you should consider the final outcome. But, the truth is, that statistically a four-year degree from any college will expand your earning potential.

Sit down and write the numbers on paper. If you are sure you can do it financially, it becomes purely a personal decision. If there isn’t enough money, I guess you have no choice but to stay home.

Good luck to you.
