I have been trying to get them to pay for over 2 years now and they still refuse. It has caused sever depression and hospital stays. I have seen a lawyer and he has said I would have a case if it was in a different state, but in Michigan the insurance company’s have the supreme court in there pocket. My question is because state farms head quarters is in Bloomington Illinois and I live In Michigan can I sue them in their own state were I can collect punitive damages. That is where the person who makes all the decisions about my case works out of. And she knows Illinois law and what she is doing.
