Insurance claims for damage to the car by a tree?

Okay, so my car is not covered by flood insurance Allstate or damage to property. I had full coverage on my car. But Hurricane Gustav has caused. When Hurricane Gustav hit the wind dropped a tree in my car. Is there a way of speaking or any kind of assistance to cover the potential to be or I'm out of luck. Thanks in advance for advice.
