auto insurance pictures
i have unreled qoute from insurance company should i file an small claims case againist an auto body shop?
i took my car to an auto body shop. iasked them to stop because they were taking to long and they gave a longer estimate too .so ihad to have it towed because they gave it back striped downed and it was not drivable.i had the adjuster come to the new autobody shopand take pictures for the supplement and damage done by the first auto body shop.they sent me those pictures and the qoute for the damage done to it by the first shop.the sent me papers saying that dents and chip dents are not reled to collision.also if they were there in the first place the first estimate before i took it the auto body shop [done by the fisrt adjuster ]would have seen these dents and chip dents because the first estimate is a visual estimate of the outside .so shuold i take the auto body shop to small claims court .
It’s probably best to put some things behind us sometimes.It doesn’t sound like you have enough of a case to warrant ruining your life for months.
